"My parents moved to Reston when I was in the third grade, and I have been here since then. When I was little, I always remembered Roxanne as the nice lady who dropped pumpkins off every year in the fall and gave us a mini American flag for the Fourth of July. Little did I know that this nice lady would later be my saving grace when it came to buying my first home. Flashing forward more than a decade, I found myself completely overwhelmed with the idea of buying a home in the midst of a pandemic and seller's market. I didn't know where to start, and I didn't even know if I was ready to buy a home yet; I kept going back and forth between wanting to put an offer down immediately and waiting until I had a better idea of my preferences. Throughout this entire process (which took about four months), Roxanne was extremely patient, kind, caring, professional, and responsive. Even though we had to submit offers on the same day as the open house given the aggressive seller's market, she took a lot of time to explain the paperwork and the process; I did not feel rushed! Her understanding of which contingencies I needed to waive and which I should keep really shed light on her deep expertise in the real estate market in this area. Additionally, I was also getting priced out of the market, and I was worried we would not find a move-in-ready townhouse that fit within my budget. In the end, she found an unlisted, townhouse through her network. I absolutely love it. It was more than move-in ready and immaculate. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and I have a nice view in front and back. It also checked the boxes for all my requirements. If she had not found this property, then there would have been a good chance I would not have been a competitive buyer in the spring market. Even after buying the townhouse, Roxanne has been available to answer any questions I've had, and she's even helping me find someone to take over my lease for the condo I was previously renting. I cannot thank her enough! If you are looking for a compassionate, patient, and experienced real estate agent, then look no further! I cannot recommend Roxanne enough and plan to reach out to her for all my future real estate needs."

We contacted Roxanne because we knew her from when she was a neighbor, she listed and sold many Reston homes (with their HOA restrictions). She had published an outside video from a drone on Zillow which drew many views including 2 very interested buyers. We shouldn't have feared going through the listing and staging process as the day we moved to our new apartment at Ashby Ponds leaving behind lots of furniture and other "stuff" to be sold in an online estate sale she showed the house that afternoon. We immediately had a full-price offer with no subsidy only the normal sale contingencies (home inspection, radon, appraisal). A second offer quickly followed raising the amount, down payment percentage, and a much earlier closing date. wow - how easy can you make it? Thanks, Roxanne Watts, thank you very much.
